Well....

I guess a lot has gone on since I last posted...not too exciting mind you.

I have been at the farm for a while and that has been nice. Harvest has begun and so far things don't look too terrible. Kevin is stressed as any farmer trying to get his crop off. He even ran over his cell phone with the truck and crushed it!!!

Our niece Tiffany was in Canada visiting for 2 mos from Hawaii. We had a good time with her at the farm and at the lake. She learned to water ski this year and we could hardly get her out of the water!! We also went south of Beechy to the Sand Castles and Sunken hill. The castles are some who doos (can't spell that) kind of like a Drumheller but way way bigger. Sunken hill has a kinda cool story. It is located on some land that was for pasture and back in the early 1900's this farmer and his wife went out to check the cows in their vehicle/truck and all was well...about 3 days later a hired man was on horse back and came upon this hill that the farmer had gone over and it had sunk into the ground. You could see the tracks from the truck coming up to the edge of this cliff and then you could see the track on the other side of this kind of hole. Anyways I guess it was a natural gas cavern or some thing that collapsed and made the hill above sink into the ground.

Spent Aug long weekend at the lake with a bunch of friends. Had a good ol' time. Spent some time at the beach, in front of a blazing fire and ate way too much junk food. A good time was had by all. Sorry I don't have any pic's but my camera is broken and I haven't replaced it yet!

Now the vacation is over and it is back to work!! :(
